Corny Dog Muffins
Got this idea from pinterest and tried it for dinner. It was a hit! Becca and I made mini muffins, regular sized muffins and a mini loaf. I think we all agreed - we liked the mini muffins the best. I'm not the biggest fan of corny dogs but this was good. I used my own cornbread recipe which includes onions, jalapenos and cheese. We simply chopped up several hot dogs and added it to the batter.
Charles surprised me with my Valentine's gift. He found me a kitchen magician! Yeah - what a great gift!

ReplyDeleteMy cornbread recipe is actually the one I got from Mother - but I add jalapeños, cheese and for this I even added some chopped onion!
